A processing fee of $5 will apply to all exchanges. Kemrie’s Closet offers one exchange per sale only for the Size difference in case the wrong size was ordered. In the case that the fabric for the specific item being exchanged is no longer available, the customer has the option of choosing any other item to take its place of equal or greater value. If the new item is greater in price then the original the customer must pay the difference plus shipping. Cancellation Period / Timeframe:
Orders can be Canceled with 24 hours of being placed, with a Full Refund.
Orders canceled after 24 hours and BEFORE items ship will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No refunds on shipped Products.
Refunds returned to the same form of payment used.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can always happen. We will arrange the goods to be swapped/replaced at our expense (notification is required immediately on Damaged Shipments and 7 days for concealed damage or incorrect merchandise).
We ship to the US only including Alaska and Hawaii via USPS.
